I’m Yvonne Pire, a USAF veteran, entrepreneur, and Workplace Wellness Innovator focused on redefining what it means to live, work, and lead with purpose. I founded Trofholz Technologies, Inc. and grew it into one of the top woman-owned federal security integration firms in the nation, serving agencies across the U.S. and internationally.
Over the past two decades, I’ve led through high-stakes contracts, raised four incredible kids, and succeeded in spaces where few women were represented. But behind the scenes, I learned the hard way what happens when we push too hard for too long. In 2015, I reached a breaking point that became a defining turning point. That moment opened my eyes to the silent toll of high performance without alignment and sparked a mission to lead differently.

In 2023, I launched The Rising Zone (TRZ), a coworking wellness community for purpose-driven professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs. Now, I’m building something even deeper: the RZ Optimize Wellness Program, a transformative coaching experience designed to help high achievers create lives and careers that are sustainable, fulfilling, and truly their own.
We work with individuals and teams to shift from burnout to clarity, from disconnection to alignment. This is coaching grounded in real-life experience, actionable strategy, and the belief that resilience is built, not born.
